HELP ON STRANGE STEREO FILTERING FX WITH BPM INBUILT

Hi I am looking for a pluggin for RTAS or VST that gives me some weird filtering Fx which incorporates a BPM to sink my tracks in time. I tried PLUGGO but I'm looking for something more easy so I don't have to number crunch and just set a BPM. Music I'm programming is Chill ambient Dreamy music with alot of stereo imaging. Any help would be much appreciated.
