I was just browsing the NAMM site and noticed that Propellerhead are in attendance again this year :hyper:

In the past they usually only went if they had something to announce

3.5 would be my guess - and they've done effects so probably new sound sources - new synths, audio in? Something like that.

Audio in would have to be a full upgrade, but a new sound source or two for free in 3.5 would be a very nice present 8)

Then again, maybe they have something totally new to unveil.

Or maybe they decided to go just to shore up publicity for Reason 3 again... but that would definitely be out of character.

At the pace those guys work at? Most likely Recycle 2.2.

Yes, probably an upgrade for ReCycle so it works with 64 bit processors would be my guess too, but new generators in Reason would be nice too.

It would be nice but I'm a bit cynical about the Propellerhead's ability to release such an upgarde in a timely manner. I would love to be pleasantly surprised but I won't be holding my breath.

Well their loss. As long as it doesn't have audio in I see no reason to get it - if it does I probably will as it has a lot of other features I like but so many of them are to do with soundprocessing so what's the point if you can't get your own sounds into it in the first place?

It did cross my mind though that since a third party developer has come up with a half assed method of getting audio in that this might spur them to trump it.

The Propheads are awesome! :hail:

Whatever they offer, will surely be worth our while. In fact, they'd make more news by not producing, which, of course, I hope is not the case. :ud:

I'd wager that 3.5 is in the queue, and Recycle has some new features to coincide. We'll see...

How in the hell do you reckon that?

I'm really looking forward to another round of predictions of new products starting with Re :)

Can I start? Re-Iterate - a product that implants a meme that encourages people to speculate endlessly about future products from said company :)

I predict one or two propheads will drink an after NAMM pint of lager.. not sure how to describe that starting with 'Re'?
