I've posted a new version of my VSTShell at www.wildfrontear.co.uk . As well as the usual bug fixes, version 3.5 has a couple improvements to the arpeggiator.
If you're not familiar with it, VSTShell allows you to play up to 4 VSTi's through a matrix of up to 4 VST fx, and send the lot to Pro Tools(or whatever) via Rewire. It also has a built in arpeggiator (which can be synced to a Rewire host), and it's FREE.
