Good day, I was considering getting Bestservice's "Diva Classical female vocalists" sample CD, however (in the $0-$300 range) is there a synth that would be able to exceed that sample library for female vocals.
(I can't afford a live vocalist right now)

Yes, that's the Bela D Media library - Best Service is just the distributor. For "operatic" female vocals there's not much else except maybe Symphony of Voices from Spectrasonics which is probably overkill if you're only looking for female solo vocals. There's also an old library (which is actually from Best Service) called Hallelujah which has some female soloist multisamples.
