Looks nice!
Unfortunately, I'm all tapped out for channel strips, as I'm learning to use the ones that I just bought. The Voxformer, WaveArts TrackPlug, AND UAD-1 stuff are sufficient for me.
I'll bet this stuff is quite pricey...great stuff, though.

the GUIs suggest that they are made by Waves since the preset layout is exactly how Waves ones look.
Not 100% sure tho, looking nice
Nice competition for the UAD1 and URS
Cheers

According to a couple of supposed Beta testers over at the DUC,it's 2 plugs, one is a comp and the other is a channel strip and they were made in conjunction between Waves and SSL people, and according to those who heard it at Namm, sounds identical to the hardware(Iv'e heard that before
).Anyway,it might be everything reported,we'll have to wait and see.Between the Price/Pace/WUP/ and now the new VST shell not even working in Sonar,I think it's safe to say these will never wind up on my machine unfortunately ,but it would be nice to know wether they broke the hardware barrier though.

From what I understand, first TDM then all formats eventually with the possible exception of Dir-X the way their going lately. It will however probably require an i-Lok.CANE CREEK wrote:Are these Waves/SSL plugins going to work native or are they for waves new DSP box ?

But all Waves stuff is DirX, non? Their VST plugs are merely rapped DirX plugs...CANE CREEK wrote:with the possible exception of Dir-X the way their going lately. It will however probably require an i-Lok.
It would make sense for them not to offer this in DirX/VST format I guess since for every one plugin they sell in that format, there are exactly 1,744,094 dodgy warez copies in use (I have the figures *rustles papers on desk*).
If the plugins are any good though, I'll be sulking for roughly 2 weeks if I can't use 'em in Cubase...
