I doubt it.
Can't you render all tracks so they are continous and all start at 1.0.0 ? That way you can just open them in Audition and start mixing or whatever..

Looks like it can be done using macros:

Looks like a lot of work to setup, but once you have the macro done you can use it on any other projects....

That would be easiest. Does Audition support OMF? Odd that you'd want to go from Nuendo to Audition...but whatever...jupiter8 wrote:I doubt it.

I've wondered why it isn't a ready-made function as it is so useful to have.
Like "Render all to continous tracks" or something.

I'll bet that developers don't want to make it too easy to switch to another sequencer!jupiter8 wrote:I've wondered why it isn't a ready-made function as it is so useful to have.

Yes, except Nuendo does want to be able to be interoperable with PT/Avid as much as possible; it's in their best interests. That's what OMF and some newer formats have been developed for. Not sure if Audition supports any.jplanet wrote:I'll bet that developers don't want to make it too easy to switch to another sequencer!jupiter8 wrote:I've wondered why it isn't a ready-made function as it is so useful to have.

That is a possibility but still i think that improving workflow can't really hurt your buisness.jplanet wrote:I'll bet that developers don't want to make it too easy to switch to another sequencer!jupiter8 wrote:I've wondered why it isn't a ready-made function as it is so useful to have.

Think after a long days work you need to do this and you have to go thru a really convoluted process versus just press a button and go.
After you've done you think quietly to yourself.
Damn,Nuendo is a fine program!
That must be "A good thing"

The truth is that I own legal copy of Adobe Audition and I'm comfortable with it. But, since I'm doing a remix of a song that was recorded in Nuendo, I had to get myself a warez copy, convert the song into "stem mode" and then erase that filthy warez from my hard drive.
I don't like warez, but it's dumb to buy original Nuendo just to export a song into another host.
