Normally, I would create patterns(loops) in FL then export them in WAV acidized format. Arrange them in other DAW(AA in your case) and record vocal in separate track. This way CPU load is less.
Rewire is another option where AA as your host. Here CPU may choak if FL is using a lot of plugins(FL6 is more CPU Hog as it is been told on these forums).
but this is me..

that's what I do but I run a script to normalize all the wavs and then in AA you can select all the tracks at once to import into the multi-track view...SonicBreeze wrote:Normally, I would create patterns(loops) in FL then export them in WAV acidized format. The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

I go through my songs and get the breaks where I want them, then export the instrumental as one track. On another edit record the vocals then export them as one track. Then open up a new edit and mixdown the two tracks (instrumental and vocal). All that I do in Tracktion, all on the same project, just different edits. It could easily be done with Adobe Audition as well.
Always remember that others may hate you but those who hate you don't win unless you hate them. And then you destroy yourself.
