tuninf samples in cubase

Hi

Im having problems tuning samples in cubase sx3

Im using one track with a acoustic guitar sample and another track with a synthesised bass but is there a way of tuning them together - i think the diff in pitch is less than one tone???

Im still using SX 1.x but the process for editing audio in 1.x is...

Select the audio to be tuned - in the top menu click 'Audio' -> 'Process' -> 'Pitch Shift'

Dont know if its the same in 3
