Convert HALion to Kontakt (automatically)

Hello Musicians,

does one of you know a software that could convert the HALion-format to Kontakt-format? I got a CD in HALion-Format (fxb's/fxp's and a "samples"-volume) and want to use it in Kontakt without always saying "search for samples there). I didn't get it with Kontakt 2 so far...tried CDXtract, but as far as I see it it won't accept HALion as source...
