While browsing to check out PoCo, noticed in their Discontinued product section a listing for Native Bundle VST effects. Why is it discontinued?!?!? Can you still buy it? Was that just a firmware porting of their DSP code, how close was it to the original?

Regarding buying it online. I found a number of places but half of them say "discontinued, not available", while others still have for sale which could be a lack of database update?
As for using IR with a free SIR, I would like to see you emulating Filtrator plugin that way LOL!!! I guess I might have to take DSP route for that. I just wish they would make a "pocket" PoCo to fit into PCMCIA slot of my laptop!!!!!

IF anyone intends to buy the bundle, be aware of some nasty bugs !
E.g.: the compressor does not store it's output level !!
Even worse :
It shows the output slider at the correct position after reload,
BUT the real level is reset to 0db !!
There's more ...
bye, Jan

Sonic Destructor (part of the 3.1 bundle) is worth looking into if ya find the bundle at a deal...got my bundle when soundchaser was going out of bizz a few years ago- there are perhaps better distortions out there, but this thing does have it's own sound

If you can still find it legitimately and at a good price ($150 or so) it is a great intro set of plugs - nice verb, 2 nice EQ's, decent compressor and limiter.
My guess it was just 2 pricey a while back and for the money one could now get Waves Native Power Pack or other packages - all about marketing these days.
God bless

I'm pretty sure that bug was fixed in 3.1_dada_ wrote:IF anyone intends to buy the bundle, be aware of some nasty bugs !
