new material:

a long mono mp3 of pig noises. this file is not optimised and will need to be picked through for choice. some peaceful grunts and groans and a field of hungry pigs - many of the shouts are fairly isolated so it's not a dead loss. if you sort the entire material, i'll post it

donovan, i expect you'll get some use out of this..

18 megs of grain being thrown into a bowl.. sounds a lot like a brushed snare or a bunch of handclaps, noise texture.

also an 800k 'sampler' of grain hits so you can check 'em out and decide if you need the lot on dialup

imo absolutely brilliant to layer for percussion samples, real choice stuff

eat up!

Xoxos, mate...the pig recording is absolutely brilliant.

Anyone wanting some spectacular hog foley for dinosaur/monster yells or just plain old good pig sounds...then here's yer love.

Why its just like being there with good ol xoxos whilst he's swilling the critters.

Yikes.

We used to visit pig farms for school trips when I was kid. I'll never forget the panicked tone the farmers would get when they warned us to never, ever stick our fingers near the pigs. Ever.

Were pigs not a good way to dispose of unwanted human bodies by gangsters at one time? No wonder they panic about pointing fingers at pigs, it would be just a quick nibbles to them
