Hi edoosx,
You may want to try TriDirt and though they're not multi-band, a couple of JD's plugs are stereophonic and they WILL take you there: Battery Acid and Dual Thrashers.
also- though it's not a classic distortion, Hilofi's Multiband Bitcrusher I rocks

unfortunately, as i wrote in my first post, i'm on osx, which limits a lot my choice
i think predatohm is really awesome! i'll go for it...
i tried hilofi plugs on my laptop that is old and too slow for audio production but ok for testing, and i liked them so much! if they only were for osx too...!

Oh and I've started to develope QuaDist, a 4 way distortion with 4 individual distortion units controlable via an onboard joystick control. It it simple and quite useful. But then it is for Windows

@edoosx,if you are thinking of getting predetohm it may be worth waitin a little while for the new one from the ohmboys.they have said it should be ready in a few months time.
