I everbody. I was wondering if it exists any wah wah effect where I control it with the velocity?

Not exactly velocity, but an envelope follower will respond to the changing dynamics of the input sound.

Try Naive LPF or SCAMP. Both have a preset program called "Ottawa" ("auto-wah", get it?) that demos this.
