Vegas 6 vs. Acid 5 & Acid 6

Anyone with experience with Vegas 6 please answer. What is Vegas 6 lacking when it comes to the audio capabilities of Acid 5 plus the new Acid 6. I know Vegas 6 doesn't do anything midi related but from looking at the Sony site the only thing I can come up with that Vegas 6 may lack that is included in Acid 5 & 6 is folder tracks. Anything else?

No rewire, no VSTIs, and, as you said, no midi.
