I'm trying to locate a sample CD that contains emulations of Chic piano and guitar licks. They can be wav or midi (preferably both.)

I've got quite a few Disco sample CD's but I'm not very impressed with the piano samples. Some of them do have some nice guitar licks but they're often mixed in with a lot of dross.

Any recommendations for samples or midi files? Or any sample/synth, notation, tutorials that I can use?

I'd be interested in this as well. Nile Rodgers kicks ass.

funny thing is is that he plugged his strat directly into the board.

Thanks. I've listened to the twiddly bits funk demo and it's very good but I think I need more disco piano's and guitars rather than the more complex funk rhythms.

Also interested in Chic, Ashford & Simpson, Change, Rene & Angela etc. basslines.
