please recommend good effect for vocals and samples to make

hello.

i am in search of a plugin effect that would allow to load samples and manipulate them in a vst/rtas host. i want to change some samples i made (some of them vocals) dynamically and be able to control numerous parameters from a control surface. i am not an expert on how to do this. For instance a part of the vocals i would like to have them changing dynamically as the song progresses, like granulizing kindoff the audio. spreading/stretching it in a way like what they use for effects to make the human voice sound kind off digital.

i know there are many confused questions in there but i dont know where to start for this. is there any such plugin/effect? or any specific vocoder/effect that one can recommend?
am sorry if this doesnt fit the topic but didnt know where else to place it and my research has left me with more questions than results. eg NI Vokator wanst anything was i was hoping for, nore another freeware i found.

anyways, hope someone can help me out on this. (e.g. if anyone knows the song do that from BT and Eric clapton i think, this is what i wanted my vocals to end with, especially that type of stretching. anyways
