iirc they both do the same. the only difference is that in one you specify the delay in samples, in the other one you specify it in milliseconds.

So I guess you use them like you do the manual PDC in FL Studio. If track 9 has a effect that delays the audio 500 samples you would put the sample delay plugin in every other track and make it delay 500.

nope, wrong, you got out and buy a host that has PDC...

but i guess your method works fine too.

Latency Delay itself works with latency = 10000 samples. And then you can use it to shift track 'backward in time'. Sometimes this is useful if some effect reports invalid latency.
