Lost my download... but problem solved.

Several weeks ago, I purchased two libraries from your ESoundz site--the selection from the Acoustic Folk and the Kertz piano. In my eagerness at wanting to listen to the piano, I apparently forgot to actually download the Acoustic Folk samples.
Now, I can't seem to find my way back to your downloads page to download the file. Or have I waited too long?
(I tried e-mailing this message to the Support address on the Support tab of the ESoundz page, and received a "Message undeliverable" message.)

I have tested the support link on the esoundz support page and am not finding any problems. If you continue to experience problems, please contact elijah@esoundz.com. To manage your downloads, click the Member's Area tab on esoundz and log in. Once logged in you can click the big 'my esoundz' button (or click the underlined link under your login name at the top of the screen) to view your order history. Next to your order, there is an 'info' button...click it to be taken to the download screen for the downloads you purchased with your order.

Thanks, Robert. My problem, however, is that I purchased the two sounds without registering as a member. So I'm having to trace my order with Elijah, who contacted me very promptly.

My apologies. This turned out to be entirely my fault. Before I first tried to download the files, I accidentally typed in the wrong e-mail address, so I couldn't later find them. Thanks so much to Elijah, who sorted this problem out for me.

I edited the title so it doesn't give the impression people are losing their downloads left and right if you don't mind.
We rarely have issues with the downloads in fact. But, as you can see the esoundz team is there to correct any problem and get you sorted.
