Using Reason In Fl Studio 6

It's not intuitive, imo.
Firstly, check out the online help in FL6 itself. Help->Index->"ReWire host mode"
In short, add a Fruity ReWire channel. Set the dropdown menu to the client you want (Reason, in this instance). Click the Show Panel button and set up reason as you want.
Click the MIDI Options button. You should see the reason racks appear as MIDI channels. e.g. 5: Malstrom, 6: Subtractor etc.
You can either map these to a port and use lots of MIDI Out plugins (pointing to the same port, e.g. 000) to control the Reason rack, or use FL6's different colored MIDI channels in the ReWired channel to control different instruments.
But I recommend the MIDI Out route.
