The free VST list is pretty big...
I know it's really best to try them all out for myself, but seeing as that i'm just getting started i really don't know my @$$ from a hole in the ground musically speaking so i don't think i could judge each fairly...
I know this is probably a pain in the @$$ request, but could someone suggest the best one or two from each section to get me started...?
Of course everyone has their own opinion as to what the BEST of each is, but then again there is a big difference between GREAT and just OK for being free...
I already have several freebies from ArcDev and Darkware that i've experimented with and i'm happy with because i like those types of sounds, but i don't know about the rest of the effects and how they will eventually apply to my music, so...
