anyone use Novation Remote SL + Cubase? opinions?

hi,

i've heard some mixed reviews of the Novation Remote SL when used with cubase. (altho works with Reason perfectly so it seems). The main gripe seemed to be that there was a real lag when selecting new instruments and the automap updating. Also crashes when trying to switch VST instrument using the Remote buttons.

Are these isolated incidents?

Anyone have any report to make on how well/badly it works? Anything you don't like? etc

Just wanted to hear the negatives before i buy the Remote SL Zero (Keyboard-less controller)
