Thanks to Fuzzpilz for the synth and Ezeeboogie for the new lay-out.

* Update now ready for Oatmeal 37-2. *

Two "new" Oatmealskins.
One based on the one I did earlier which was based on albino , and one I kinda hoped the ezeeskin would look like  .

They look like this:

The white one has three kinds of knobs, and the nord one has two backgrounds.

Hope you like them.

You can download them here : http://members.home.nl/peterfox/

Enjoy!

Nice rework of my rework! One suggestion, on the Nord skin it could do with a yellow line around the shared controls (Osc and PWM phase, rand and aftertouch and the LFO phase and rand) to seperate them slightly. Other than that very good work fella! ;)

Thank you now my favourite skin is even better (Whiteskin)

@ ezeeboogie,

I tried that, looked at it for hours, decided against it, even tried putting them in a blue box etc, and stil I did't like the look of it.
So I hope that people who use the synth know what these controls are meant to do and why they are placed there.

@ popmoney

Download Oatmeal :)
http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=127017 version 35-5.

Put the content from the zip in your vst folder ( preferably in a folder called oatmeal )

Download the skins...
Put the oms file and the folder from the rar\zip in the ThisIsMyVstFolder\oatmeal\oatmeal skins folder and fire up your DAW.

Load up Oatmeal.
On Oatmeal press the skin button, choose the skin ( read the message ) and there you are... 8)

Thanks man. Do you own a Nord hardware or? I never have used a real one, but if it looked like your skin it would be a blast to use. I know it's silly, the sound something makes doesn't improve with the way it looks, but a mental transition happens when you surround yourself by things you love to look at that makes the sounds you can build better. For instance, the feeling I get when I use original oatmeal is like "soundhacker" but when I use your skin it's like "electro-god". :)

Great job keep them coming.

Post

@ grymmjack,

Thanks again, and...

No, I don't own a Nord, it is just based on the colours eezyboogie used in his first small oatmealskin.
And yes! I really think that sound and looks work together, they enhance each other,
but a shitty synth will remain a shitty synth no matter what it looks like !

That's why I love oatmeal, It sound great even without a skin :)
