All in one sample package - no C/R or dongles?

Within the confines of not being prepared to use any software that utilises C/R or dongles, I'm wanting to replace my Motif and simultaneously have the capability to mangle my own samples etc.
I've been using Shortcircuit Free and loving it and I know it can at least import soundfonts - I'm asking over on their forum if it can import other formats well - I was looking at
http://tinyurl.co.uk/x4nv and hoping that someone would be able to recommend any other combinations of sampler/sample library what would be worth shelling out for?
I'm wanting the usual suspects - orchestral, choir, ethnic instruments and a decent piano.
Any help appreciated.
