Tuning plug -ins

Hi, I was wondering if anything like this exists. I'm looking for a plug-in that would automatically tune one audio signal to another .what I mean is that the if the carrier signal is playing an A note and a modular signal is Playing a c note the carrier would automatically become tuned to C.(the ideal solution for this plug-in would be an auto tune with a side chain)
