I already used all available ones in the market, since Sonalksis, URS, Neon PSP, Tritone until PLPAREQ but this is, without a doubt, the best! you obtain, with the minimum of adjustment ( also with greater adjustement), the desired result, without losing a certain 'analogical texture' ! This is my opinion, tries.

Make a review on it, ...what do you think ?

I agree it is a sweet eq, but plpareq (and harmonieq) are entirely different types of eq's. Their more designed for transparent processing, and spectraq/urs/uad/ozone etc are all designed to add character such as color, warmth, richness, gloss etc etc
I find the need for both types of eq's with my music.Spectraq is nice but the transparent ones are nice in their own way. When considering their purposes their really apples and oranges in my opinion.

SpectraQ doesn't sound bad by any means, but it simply can't be compared against parametric EQs, since the utility is completely different.

It may make your stuff sound lovely in the end, but if it replaces your need for a parametric EQ, it strikes me you weren't using either properly.

Yes, I agree that the parametric equalisers, as PLPAREQ, are much more transparent, surgical, etc... However I feel a type of 'magic' in the SpectraQ that also allows , of very easy way, surgical adjustments, of 1 or 2 dbs, but that they keep a extremely pleasant texture , lightly brilliant , that does not affect , never , the audio of a undesirable way
