The gtown church organ samples are very nice. The site is no longer up, but Tobias seeded a torrent of the whole gtown collection and it can be found here:
http://www.legaltorrents.com/bit/g-town ... av.torrent
It's a large download (almost 500MB), but there are many different samples and they are all Creative Commons license.

Anti-aliasing is for "synthmonk%ys".

Michiel: I almost bought the Baroque Organ library a week ago, however, I was really confused by the demos page.
Your Baroque Organ page says: "Visit our dedicated demo page for 100 stunning demos."
However, aside from the 5 at the top that state PMI, the others are preceded by:
"Listen to these amazing works performed and recorded by James Pressler, using the same samples in HAUPTWERK. "
Does this mean the demos are in fact made using HAUPTWERK, which is in fact a completely different product? I'm really rather confused.

Hauptwerk is a sample-playback engine, just like Giga/Kontakt or your favourite SF2 player. The samples are 100% identical. Same product, different softsampler.
Check their website http://www.crumhorn-labs.com/
It is one of the most powerful engines at this moment. An average PC can run up to 1.256 stereo samples polyphony, all RAM based.

Precisionsound has a free Koestler Rigoletto:

Don't know if it quite fits your needs, but thought I'd mention it
