FR: Recording f0lder, and BR Beats cycling

FR015 - select folder for recordings
- cuat the moment recordings go into folder currently selected in the browser,
- in most cases, these new recordings will not really belong there,
- could we have another specified folder, for Recordings?
- and if its value is blank or spaces, then the folder currently selected in the Browser is the one used for recordings.


BR013 Cycling through the Beats values
In the Slicer, RMB the initial beats number (4) does not always go to 8
- for the first loop slot selected, it goes from 4 to 8,
- for the next loop slot selected, it goes from 4 to 16,
- for the next loop slot selected, it goes from 4 to 32,
- for the next loop slot selected, it goes from 4 to 64,
- for the next loop slot selected, it goes from 4 to 8,
- etc

As a guess the last beats value set by RMB is used, rather than the loop's beats value (rounded down to 4, 8, 16, or 32 or 64 first)
