For some reason FL stopped recording my midi input!!! I believe I pressed something on the computer keyboard while moving it. What could I have pressed?!

oh god. it was driving me crazy. The most simple thing too! For anyone using FL, make sure when trying to record a riff in FL, you DO NOT have a piece of pattern ahead of where you are trying to record.
