managed to get hypersonic 2 working fine within FLs (rewire)

but this morning when i reloaded my track the sounds in hypersonic 2 werent there any more and i had to reassign them again.

how do i make it automatically do this when i re load my tracks

You cant!
Use hypersonic as a VSTi instead.

Why are you using Hypersonic via ReWire?

The ReWire protocol appears to lack some of the capabilities that VSTI has like saving the presets. I remember discussion about a rewired project having to do save in both sides, but as I've never used ReWire I can't say for sure.

If I remember right, Hypersonic supports VSTI and DXI both, you should try one of those instead (with FLS I'd try VSTI).
