Tuning plugin

I'm looking for a plugin that analyzes a signal and then tells me what note is playing. Like a guitar tuner does. IN fact thats what I'm using it for, I'm scoring stuff over a guitar. So I have the guitar wav and I want to run it through a vst that will either tell me the notes in realtime or after the fact.
Thanks,
JOe K.

I guess NI Guitar Rig 2 has one but, It's pointless for me to spend all that money on a digital tuner.

Easily the best software tuner that I've encountered is G-Tune (not GTune).
http://www.jhc-software.com/gtune.htm
They seem to have sold-up to Peterson (makers of high-end hardware tuners) and re-GUIed their stuff which is a shame since the old one was excellent as it was.
It's not a plug-in, but it runs happily in the background and has a 'power' off button so it doesn't consume CPU.

I always found K-Tuner to be quite accurate. But it's DX only. Unfortunately a) it's got no calibration and b) the website seems to be down.

There's a plug-in for Windows Media Player on their free plug-ins download page
that does a halfway decent job of telling you what chords are being played.
I've no idea if you could use it on live input but it's something you might want to check out.
