I find that despite it's size, I don't really like the sound of the Maestro Concert Grand. To me, the Clavinova one linked up there is really the best balance between size and playability... it doesn't lag at all on my machine, has a wonderful range of expressive velocity layers, and keeps a very natural tone. I've never been a fan of the heavily EQed tone that the Korg and Yamaha workstations have, so if you're looking for that, this isn't the soundfont for you.
EDIT: Also, since the Clavinova soundfont is so dry, run it into PSP pianoverb for a gorgeous tone.

Go to Post Piano. They have soundfonts of both the Old Lady and the Emperor for $10 apiece. Old Lady's 300 mb and sounds very good. Haven't tried Emperor.
