Love the inline midi editing idea...

but i still cant find anything that touches FLs piano roll

its just so simple, and works great.

you almost NEVER have to switch tools.... left click, note, right click, erase; ctrl + left click, select; shift + click and drag, stretch..

and the list goes on without switching a tool!!!!

acid just doesnt do the same...

but at least it has time signature markers

Every host has its pros and cons but yes I agree with you on FL Studio Piano Roll. No host can beat its piano roll.
I love ACID's inline midi editing even though it's not very friendly.

nothing allows mixing wav files as easily as acid does...just paint 'em in a track...midi has always been problematic here, but acid pro 6 goes a long way to fixing past deficiencies...i have both fl studio 6 and acid pro 6, and syncing midi and wav is much easier in acid than fl studio imho...

Version 6 has to be the most stable update of Acid ever.
