radio voice effect

When you listen to rock stations, many times, they'll have a little part of their commercial that is this super deep cutting voice. Does anyone know of a plugin to use on a regular deep voice to really get that cutting deep sound? Thanks.

all of the above(the center being pitch shifted down)then an octave sub generaetd(think peavey Kosmos) then loudness maximized,maybe

It's the famous proximity effect ; speaking closer to the mic has more emphasis on the low frequencies.
So boost those lows, and compress the hell out of it.
