Formant matching plugin!

Looking for a plugin or SA that would allow me to copy the formant of 1 vocal to another.. ($ or free).. I've tryed messing around with many vocal tuners on the market but have not been able to get the sound im looking for.. Let me know thanx

mda talkbox should do the trick. never got into that impulse-driven fft stuff but if you want a static formant, they ought to work as well...

exactly.. eg. in typical use, a vocoder use applies the formant of a vocal signal to a sawtooth waveform 
there's plenty of high quality vocoder products, try the search engine
probably some free ones too.. mda's talkbox sounds to me like an fft process, but i think it might be ~128 or 192 bands instead of 256.. dunno.. only one i've tried in a while.
