I'm searching for a sampler like Logics EXS24, that only loads one instrument per instance and that is made for multi-instance useage.
I'm sick of the multitimbral complications of Kontakt and all others. I want my slim and efficient EXS24 back!
It would be good, if it could read EXS-instruments natively without conversion.
1 instrument per instance sampler and loading EXS-format?

sfz, free soundfont player. Kicks ass. There are programs that can convert between a variety of formats:

They're not free but they're well worth the $50 or so they cost.

bleebsen, thanks, seems to be the only solution. Sadly EXSP doesn't have the features from EXSMkII .
