The only way I have done this so far is using the generic remote, which is way to complex, and mapping a single button requires numerous operation, and I hate opening that damn device menu every time I want to do it! Is there nothing like "right click the automation track, select Midi Map and a midi learning function does the rest" (ala. Reason.. man, I sometimes miss good old, limited Reason
)Can anyone tell me that Cubase has some simple way of doing this, and if it's really not possible, what the hell is Steinberg thinking! This is a fundamental feature of most other programs on the market! Please tell me that this is a feature that's likely to be included in SX4 (is should have been implemented back in SX1 or even before that)
