kontakt experts, help!!!!

I sampled ESM and mapped the samples in kontakt and sound great, but i want to add glide, by reading the manual modulators are not inserts nor send, are just dargged to a desired parameter, volume 4 example and i had no result, where shoul i apply thi smodualtion so that i can have glide on the notes, and how could i get this effect im looking, like the glide on ESM or any bass synth?.
