Compression matching VST

Wondering if theres a way to do this.. I lost all my preset settings from an older recording session and wanted to get the old compression settings back the same. Is there a plugin/tool that would allow me to analyze the sound and tell me approximatly how much compression that is on the individual/master track?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

It would be almost like using Firium to match eq except only for compression..

You'll just have to use your ears.
