i dont like the fact that recycle doesnt slice melodic samples that great so i purchased fl studio to create all my chops with then i use recycle because for some reason it catches the hits better after being chopped then i create using reason and for my final mix i rewire reason back into fl studio because i have access to use vst plugins for effects just want to know what do you think of my way of working oh and soon i get the money i am planning to add the waves plugins to my collection

Frankly i don't see a reason to use reason in your setup.

Reason is nice GUI wise too, not that FL is not, it just 'breathe' more.

i don't see why you can't edit the timing of the marked events in recycle... i know we're all lazy and want to have recycle cut up our loops perfectly for us, but recycle's just giving you a 'best guess' and you'd do better to take the extra few mins to make sure you're splitting at the transients right. If you're speeding up your sliced loop, it doesn't hurt to fiddle with the decay a bit too...
