Help with FL Studio - How to do this in FL6?

Anyone knows how to do this in FL6 without screwing up the sequence with randomization?
Here's what I want to do:

well, copy and paste the original sequence 4 times, then select the whole lot and while you hold down shift, move the end of the last note back and it'll shrink all the others accordingly at the same time. That's how I'd do it anyway
