I'm not entirely sure this is the right forum for this but I installed Kontakt2 and tried to launch its' standalone executable but without success, then I tried to load it as a plug-in into FL and got The following error occurred while loading this DX plugin: "Access violation at address 79577EEB in module 'ntdll.dl'
Then I tried an other new plugin called EDIROL Orchestral and it gave an access violation as well! What could be the problem?
Thanks in advance.

Do a Google search. You should be able to extract the DLL from the Windows CD without too many problems.
update: I tried to replace ntdll.dll but I couldn't because it is being used by windows it says...

After a Kontakt install/update, the plugin WON'T work unless the standalone's been run first. Since you can't get the standalone running, the plugin won't either.
Reinstall Kontakt.

Tried that, same result as with the DXifandango wrote:I can't get Kontakt2 to appear as a DXi in FL period. It just shows an empty wrapper window.
Have you tried inserting the VST version into FL?
