Hey KVR!

i really could use some help:

i've been trying to fix this for some time now...
but i don't get the clue. maybe someone here has had this problem:

Some Plugins and Programs won't load. They crash.

Plugins: GBand
FreeAmp 2

Also Usine behaves that way...

The error is quite similar for all. It says:

Exception EExternalException in module ... at ...
External Exception C000001D.

The number "C000001D" is the same for all errors.

So if anyone has got a clue, it would be nice if you could help because i'm stuck with this...

bye

some system specs won't hurt ;) - os, cpu etc..

but when it's the same address everytime it could be faulty ram, just run a memtest http://www.memtest86.com/

yeah you're right sorry i forgot:

WinXP SP2 on a AMD Athlon 2200+
crashes in energyXT, cause XT doesn't validate dll-files in VSTfolders. other hosts don't show the malicious plugins...

i hope i didn't forget anything now...

What's the exact error message ? You left out the module name for example.

Post

OK
Module names are the mostly the plugins filenames
(for example: GBand.dll)

when Freeamp2 crashes it says:

Exception EExternalException in module DH_REVERB.SEM at 0000A535
External Exception C000001D.

the windows has not got a title...

when GBand crashes the range is 000019BA
dont know if that helps... i hope so....

thanks for help in advance!

bye

Please contact the developers of these plugins directly. I expect them to show interest in how their plugins caused a crash on your system, and would take action to prevent it.

Both work perfectly here, on eXT 1.4 (16th May), XP sp2 / P-M740
