Hi, I'm using CubaseSX3 on my main computer for mixing and arranging and have the FLstudio plugin linked trough FXTeleport on an other PC (for sampling and drum programming).

Now I would like to have a third PC with Ableton live (for quick skipping trough my loops while playing) but Ableton is only available as Rewire and no VSTi, so i cannot use it with FX teleport. is there any wrapper or converter available which can adapt rewire applications in a VSTi?

Or any other way to link another PC with a Rewire App? (exept V-stack.. which still doesn't work flawless)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

VST System Link? Standard option in Cubase SX, but you need a spdif connection between both PC's. (and it doesn't work with M-Audio cards, that I know of)

Oh, it's to connect two computers running Cubase, not exactly like FX Teleport - but, you could just rewire Live on the linked PC

I tried it with systemlink (v-stack)But i found it impractical and unstable. And I need all my audiochannels for my Mixers. The sychronisation didn't work flawless also through s/pdif.

I prefer Direct linking trough 1Gb LAN so all the settings on the other computer are saved in the project.
I also don't under stand i have to buy another copy of Cubase just for hosting 1 plugin on the other PC it's crazy

But probably this is the only option

Using Ableton with FXteleport in SX??
