Although in the past I've said good things about CDXtract, I'm having trouble to get those guys responding on a simple support request ! :?

They just don't answer ! :shock:

Does anybody knows a civilized way to get their attention ?

Maybe the company has only one person normally dealing with tech support (not uncommon), and that guy went on holiday (it's the season for that!) while his replacement (girl doing the administration?) doesn't know how to handle your request. A simple "sorry, we'll get back to you in a few weeks" on their side would have made you a happier customer...

Ask them on what term they expect to give you an answer, in a civilised way ofcourse...

I don't know how, but a little while after my third request I've received an answer and appoligies ! 8)

So everything fine and no complaints !!! :D

I have been e-mailing them numerous times concerning when CDxtract 5 might be released and have not received a reply.Perhaps they could update their info about CDxtract 5 which has been on their website for over a year now.

Things didn't stop here. Result : I'm very happy. It took a little while (anyhow, faster than I react, sometimes ! :hihi: )
