Is there a way of converting .ES1 files to other formats ?

What are these from?
There are 3 ES-1 musicial instruments I know of - the Emagic ES-1, the Korg ES-1, and Kawai ES-1. They are all sytnhesizers, which technically means that they are patch data and don't hold any digital sound data themselves. So they can't be "converted" to anything really.
If you mean .ESi, that's a Emu format of Emu ESi samplers and can be converted by Translator.
