there hasn't been a good tc or sdd delay with useable mod that sounds right in vst format that i have seen. the psp delays are goood. other than that, search the above thread for audiodamage ronin

There are many products out but few cover the whole shebang in one go. I also have all the PSP stuff and its really great. The closest PSP though would be Nitro.
You might try Ohmforce Ohmboyz delay which is probably the most full featured to complete this task. This will give you the proper delay modulation, which is a big part of his sound, as well as the proper delay distortion. He is hitting the amps post delays !
Demo both and see which you feel most comfortable with.
