ToxicIII - Initialise Program/Save State bug?!

Hi,
I've been busy playing with my new toy ToxicIII! I have noticed something odd. If I modify an existing patch I can save it using the 'Save State' option from the OPT menu. However, if I first create an empty patch using 'Initialise Program' and then after programming a patch try to save it with 'Save State' nothing happens!
This would seem like a bug to me! Anyone else confirm this?!
I'm running ToxicIII in the latest beta version of EnergyXT on a Win2K/SP4 machine.

Hi, it's a bug. Will be fixed in next update. Something what can help for now probably - if you are on FLS, try to click "Export Cubase Bank", and save it anywhere. Just save, don't care what that bank is, and you may delete it later. There is a chance "Save State" in Toxic will work then.
Please let me know if it worked, if it didn't - the bug is bigger than I thought....

I don't run FLS, I am using EnergyXT as my host. I saved a Cubase .fxb file, and then tried to 'Initialise Program' followed by 'Save State', it did nothing.
Glad you're aware of the bug now though
Cheers,
