VST Oscilloscope

There are a couple listed here and there...but they're rather primitive, and the GUI's don't really appeal to me. Is there one out there? A freebie perhaps? Something that looks maybe like Voxengo's SPAN except, you know, an oscilloscope. Clear and simple-looking, but versatile.

"smegoscope" seems to lose its settings when I reload the project. And there's no indication of scale. I frequenly find myself wanting to see 1 sample:1 pixel.

I think there's a niche here that needs to be filled. Haven't tried freakascope yet, will look into it.

Not that I can't use another FFT. But I was hoping to find a better oscilloscope.

When Poly's out of beta (a few more months) I think I'll write one and give it away for free. It's been almost a year since the original AQ free product... time for another soon I think.

I'm using oscilliscopes a lot as I work on Poly, and I really need to know that the scale is some whole number ratio. I can't go hunting with the mouse like Hellen Keller... I gotta see it, or it's no use.

So 1:1 pixel/sample ratio (and other whole number ratios) are top on my list for usefulness.

actually, on smexscope the Time is set in samples per pixel. So the ratio is always know, no need to hunt aound with your mouse. The amplitude on the other hand is whole other bag of beans. I would also be interested in a more in depth oscilliscope like they have at the lab. Dual-channel, x-y mode, autoscaling, a way to select various values to be displayed somewhere on the display. I really love the digital scopes we have at the lab.

I Asked gol years ago to make a big version of the one built into FL which is super smooth. It would make a nice little addition to the Juice Pack.
