Herodotus has nice sample-set. Another possibility: Slice loops, you have, shorten and stretch it. Or, use a drum-machine and play it.

3/4 loops are a rare commodity. I buy those drum rudiments books (The Funky Thesaurus is awesome) and program them manually, but I agree that it'd be nice to have a loop library with real time signatures instead of 4/4 all the time.
