Hi everyone

I plan to buy soon some samples from Modernbeats.com (somebody here @ Kvr told me those samples were cool)but after reading their website terms of use I believe that the samples they sell are still their property and you have to credit them in your song (though they use waveform recognition and Wave ID header tags to track samples etc...)
Can anybody confirm this ?
Then should I be able to use them as I want ? If I change sample (pitch, modulation etc...)are those terms still available?
I've always been afraid by legit questions on sampling, so if anybody got some informations on this topic please let me know.

I have their vintage machines collection, I always thought it was with their loops that it was fishy, not their single hits.

I bought there once (bad experience) never did again. I think the www.bigfishaudio.com hip-hop disc's are a better buy. www.Audiomidi.com sales some of them for a decent price...

Seconded, all their kicks sound the same-bland.
